By accessing or using medy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions governing your relationship with medy, our licensed clinicians, and partner pharmacies.
2. Patient Requirements
You must be a Saudi resident, at least 18 years old, and provide accurate information during screening and follow-up interactions.
3. Telehealth and Medical Services
medy coordinates digital clinical care. All prescribing decisions are made independently by Saudi-licensed practitioners and only when medically appropriate.
4. Pricing and Refunds
Our care package starts from 1199 SAR and includes consultations, prescription processing, delivery, and support. If treatment is declined by the clinician, eligible payments are refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prescription Fulfillment
Medication fulfillment and delivery are handled by licensed pharmacies compliant with SFDA requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
medy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Medical risks must be discussed with your prescribing clinician.
